Personal Training

  • Our nationally certified and insured Personal Trainers are here for you! Know your fitness goals but not sure how to reach them?  New to fitness and need some direction?  Looking for the extra push to get you over the top? Our trainers know just what to do! Plus, each new member gets a free 30 minute personal training session with the trainer of their choice. Our Personal Training sessions come in either a 30 or 60 minute format and are tailored to the individual. So whether you are an athlete looking for a competitive edge, trying to maintain or wanting to look good for that upcoming class reunion – we are here to help!
