We offer several class formats, all of which are included in your membership.
All classes are open to the public. Please call for non-member pricing. Multi-class packages MUST be purchased during office hours. Single class tickets are available to purchase from the vending machine at the front of the club. The vending machine can accept credit cards or $1, $5 and $10 bills.

AB ATTACK is an in house designed program to give you the killer abs you have always wanted! A 30 minute hard core abdominal workout guaranteed to get you results. This class focuses on toning and sculpting the abdominal muscles, while strengthening the back to improve core strength. (30 minute format)
PILOXING is an exciting fitness program that blends pilates, boxing, and dance into a high-energy/low-impact interval workout. Move through intervals or “blocks” of heart-pumping, powerful boxing combinations, sculpting and lengthening pilates-influenced movement, and “let yourself go” dance releases. Improve your balance, challenge yourself, and have fun! Bring a mat for floor work at the end of class! (60 minute format)
RIP EFFECT is an in house developed strength training class for all fitness levels from beginner to advanced. This class is choreographed to awesome music to get you pumped and is achievable by everyone! It allows everyone from beginners to seasoned lifters and other well conditioned athletes to work at their own level by utilizing the weight pyramid. (60 minute format)
SPINNING is derived from real road cycling and combines four basic hand positions and five core movements designed to build endurance, strength, and decrease body fat. Spinning classes provide riders with a challenging, exhilarating, and fun workout while burning between 400 – 500 calories per class! With a distinct core philosophy, solid programming and a bike designed to fit all shapes, sizes and abilities. (60 minute format)
ZUMBA FITNESS takes the “work” out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility. It’s so much fun, you’ll forget you’re exercising! No dance experience required! (60 minute format)
